Local delivery within 30 minutes of our Ellijay, GA store is $129.99 per truckload, with regional rates starting at $179.99 (up to 1 hour) and $279.99 (up to 1.5 hours). Beyond 1.5 hours, delivery is calculated at $2.50 per mile based on drive time. Each delivery includes fuel, insurance, a two-person team, and professional in-home placement. For customers outside our 3-hour radius, we coordinate with trusted freight carriers to provide the most cost-effective shipping solution. Gratuity is not included but always appreciated.

Most orders are delivered within 4–8 weeks, depending on the item and scheduling. Because each piece is handcrafted and delivered with care, delivery times may vary slightly based on availability and route planning. We’ll keep you updated and coordinate directly with you to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.

In-stock "furniture" orders may be canceled within 24 hours; after that, all sales are final. Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or changed.

Non-furniture items may be returned within 10 days for a refund or 30 days for store credit if unopened and in resalable condition.
